How to Use CrewAI Visual Crew Builder

Step 1: Create a New Project

Click the "New" button in the top menu to start a fresh project. You'll see a blank canvas ready for your AI workflow design.

Step 2: Add Agents to Your Workflow

From the "Library Items" panel on the left, drag and drop agent items onto the canvas. You can customize agent properties like name, role, and goal using the "Agent Properties" panel on the right.

Step 3: Define Tasks

Add tasks to your workflow by dragging them from the "Tasks" section in the library. Connect tasks to agents by drawing lines between them. The order of connections determines the task execution sequence.

Step 4: Integrate Tools and LLMs

Enhance your agents' capabilities by adding tools and Language Models (LLMs) from the library. Connect them to the relevant agents to define which tools and models each agent can use.

Step 5: Review and Export

Switch between the "Vision," "Code," and "Config" tabs to review your workflow. In the "Code" tab, you can see the generated Python code based on your visual design. Use the "Download Code" or "Copy to Clipboard" buttons to export your work.
